I could not wait to eat the tilapia fillets last night. Something light and healthy.
Then I ate left over cake and ice cream.
Yep. That's how I roll.
While I would love to give myself props this week I have to give the best meal award to Larry's Steakhouse which is where Darren and I went to eat dinner on Monday for our anniversary.
I think Darren and I could eat just about anywhere and walk away happier then we were when we arrived. We always have great conversation and I absolutely love not having my train of thought interrupted every few minutes. The fact that our meal choices, prime rib for me and NY strip for Darren, were delicious we also had an absolutely wonderful waitress. It was a well deserved evening out for us.
Here's what's cookin in the kitchen of Kerri's Klutter this week:Monday: Golden Chicken Tenders w/Mac-n-Cheese & French Fries
Tuesday: Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Wednesday: Nobody but me wants Corn beef & Cabbage so I'll be making Smoked Sausage and Zucchini Saute instead. Maybe my neighbor will share their Leprechaun dish with me.
Thursday: I will be over at my friend Candace's house watching her two boys. She said she is making dinner for all of us(me, Darren & the boys) and her and her husband are going out to dinner.
Friday: Pasta
Saturday: Pepperoni Pizza Pie Quiche
Sunday: Slow Cooker Whole Chicken
There you have it.
That's what is cookin in my kitchen

Oooh, that sausage/zucchini dish sounds really good! I'm not a corned beef and cabbage fan, although DH is making it anyway. I'm not sure why... he doesn't have even a dash of Irish in him!

Your menu plan sounds good. Way better than my (lack of) plan. Yet I'm sitting here reading blogs instead of making a menu. Hmmm. Procrastinate much?
BTW, thanks for commenting on my guest post!
Ahhh, our evening out seems like forever ago already! Here's to another week of yummy delights!
I love your use of adjectives on your menues. I am like that and I swear if the meal sounds "awesome", my kids will be more excited to eat it!
I'm impressed that you know your whole menu ahead of time; I usually don't know what we're having that night until the last minute!
